Protection for consequential AI-driven work

Don’t try to keep up with AI.Travel with it.

Josephine travels with consequential AI-driven work, protecting it within company-defined authority while creating time for management to understand and react.

Your company defines the boundary. Josephine stays inside it.
Protect the work. Buy management time.
The Problem

AI doesn’t wait for the investigation.

Consequential AI-driven work can keep moving while management is still trying to understand what is going wrong.

Think of a settlement, payment, claim or approval workflow moving toward an action that may be difficult to reverse.

By the time the explanation is complete, the consequence may already have occurred.

Josephine is designed for that gap.
A Different Focus

Protect the work, not just the AI.

Much of today’s AI control focuses on the agents: who they are, what they can access, what they are permitted to do and whether their behavior violates policy.

Those controls matter.

Josephine focuses on something different: the consequential work itself.

When that work begins to deteriorate, Josephine is designed to recognize the evidence, initiate only company-authorized protection and create time for management to react.

Protection

Protection travels with the work.

Josephine stays with consequential work rather than requiring management to keep pace with every AI action.

Detect deterioration. Protect within authority. Verify what actually happened.

Your company defines the protective boundary beforehand. Josephine stays inside it.

Protect the work. Buy management time.
Proof

Tested before being trusted.

Josephine has been challenged in a fixed adversarial synthetic enterprise involving:

18 agents. 6 interacting workflow branches. Hidden ground truth. A deterministic no-control counterfactual.

In the protected run, irreversible consequence did not occur during the test horizon. In the no-control counterfactual, irreversible consequence occurred at simulation step 8.

Net system-level protection and additional reaction time were demonstrated under the test conditions.

Controlled synthetic evidence. Real-company deployment evidence remains to be established.
Controlled Pilot

Start with one consequential workflow.

A deliberately simple 1-2-3 front door.

Where the required evidence and connector interfaces are compatible, Josephine is designed to begin beside the workflow without requiring redesign of the underlying AI system or an explanation of every agent before beginning.

1. Choose the workflow.

2. Connect it.

3. Approve the protective boundary and run the supervised test.

The company remains in control of the boundary and the consequential decision.

Could Josephine protect one of your consequential AI-driven workflows?
