1. What this policy covers
This Privacy Policy covers information submitted through the Josephine website, including the controlled-pilot inquiry form, and limited technical information used to keep the site and form secure.
2. Information we collect
When you submit a pilot inquiry, we collect the information you choose to provide, including your name, company, business email address, and the workflow description you enter. For security and abuse prevention, the server may also process technical information such as IP address, submission time, browser or user-agent information, and anti-bot verification results.
3. Why we use it
We use inquiry information to respond to you, determine whether a controlled Josephine pilot discussion is appropriate, communicate about that inquiry, maintain records of the conversation, and protect the website and form from spam, fraud, automated abuse, and security threats.
4. Anti-abuse and anti-bot protection
The pilot form uses first-party invisible anti-abuse controls, including one-time session tokens, browser validation, timing checks, honeypot fields, rate limits and replay protection. No visible CAPTCHA or third-party challenge service is used.
5. Sharing
We do not sell pilot-inquiry information. Information may be processed by service providers that support the website, hosting, email delivery, or security, and may be disclosed when reasonably necessary to comply with law, protect rights or security, or investigate abuse.
6. Retention
Inquiry information is retained only for as long as reasonably needed to evaluate and respond to the inquiry, maintain appropriate business records, resolve disputes, protect the service, or meet applicable legal obligations. No fixed retention period is promised where one has not been established.
7. Cookies and similar technologies
Josephine does not use the pilot inquiry to create a user account. The site is not intended to use advertising profiles or behavioral advertising. Technical security data may be processed to prevent spam, automated abuse, replay and excessive submissions.
8. Your choices and rights
You may choose not to submit the form. Depending on applicable law and your location, you may have rights concerning access, correction, deletion, restriction, or objection to certain processing of personal information. Requests can be sent to josephine@asiveritas.com.
9. Security
Reasonable technical and organizational safeguards are used to reduce unauthorized access and automated abuse. No internet transmission or storage method can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
10. Changes
This policy may be updated as the site, pilot process, or service providers change. The version published on this page will be the current version.
Effective date: September 7, 2026.
