The Josephine website provides information about an evidence-driven protective approach for consequential AI-driven work and invites qualified organizations to discuss a controlled supervised pilot.
2. No account, license, or automatic pilot
Submitting a pilot inquiry does not create an account, grant access to Josephine, create a software license, commit either side to a pilot, or authorize Josephine to interact with any company system. Any pilot requires separate discussion, suitability review, and an expressly approved company boundary.
3. Evidence and performance statements
Josephine's website distinguishes controlled synthetic evidence, engineering or package readiness, and real-company evidence. Statements about testing describe the conditions actually tested. They are not guarantees of future performance, compatibility, risk reduction, or results in a production environment.
4. Company responsibility and consequential decisions
Organizations remain responsible for their systems, operations, legal and regulatory obligations, safety controls, business decisions, and the authority they choose to delegate. Josephine is not presented as a substitute for management judgment, professional advice, compliance programs, security controls, or independent human review where those are required.
5. Intellectual property
The Josephine name, site content, design, software concepts, documentation, test materials, and related materials may be protected by copyright, trademark, patent, trade-secret, or other intellectual-property rights. Viewing the public website does not grant a license to copy, reverse engineer, reproduce, commercialize, or create derivative implementations of protected material except where applicable law expressly permits it.

Any limitation of liability, governing-law provision, confidentiality obligation, service level, commercial term, or operational responsibility for an actual pilot should be established in a separate written pilot agreement. This public page does not attempt to replace that agreement.
