Josephine’s combined package has passed controlled verification.

The original MVP, accepted Capability 1 and two bounded runtime corrections have been brought together and tested. The evidence remains controlled and synthetic; real-company operation has not been established.

October 10, 2026

Approval checked at dispatch. Evidence assessed as time advances.

Today’s verification matched the accepted October 7 baseline plus exactly three approved runtime file changes. All 18 bounded regression tests passed again on Windows. The configured protection test and fictional management-escalation test also passed through the browser.

AUTHORITY TIMING

Check before sending protection.

The authorized connector rechecks authority start and expiry times when dispatching a protection request. An approval that has expired cannot be reused merely because it was valid at session startup.

EXPECTED EVIDENCE

Keep assessing as time advances.

Within a running session, evidence accumulates across reads for each work item. Previously known requirements are reevaluated when the evidence stream is quiet, so a deadline can become overdue without a new record arriving.

PROOF PRESERVED

Keep the stages separate.

Requested, acknowledged, applied, consumed and effect observed remained separate. The fictional management test separately recorded notice requested, delivered, received and management acted.

What passing proves: controlled synthetic behavior in the combined test package. It does not establish an authoritative revocation feed, enforcement across alternate execution paths, recovery execution or a live company outcome. This package has not yet been designated a new accepted checkpoint. Company operation remains disabled.

Next step: complete company-facing Capability 1 setup and verify one bounded, authorized company connection. The accepted October 7 checkpoint and original frozen MVP remain unchanged.

A new evidence capability has passed controlled engineering acceptance.

A company can define the evidence a consequential workflow is expected to produce, including its source, conditions, timing and work-item identity. Josephine can evaluate whether that expected evidence is present — and preserve uncertainty when it is not.

Current proof level: controlled engineering evidence. This capability has not yet been proven against a live outside-company production workflow.

What Josephine can distinguish.

Controlled engineering acceptance passed

For company-defined evidence requirements, Josephine can now distinguish several materially different conditions instead of collapsing them into a simple present-or-missing answer.

SATISFIED The required evidence appeared under the defined conditions and timing.
NOT YET DUE The requirement exists, but its company-defined deadline has not yet arrived.
AFTER DUE Qualifying evidence appeared, but only after the required time window.
UNRESOLVED The available evidence is insufficient to establish the requirement's current state safely.
REQUIRED EVIDENCE ABSENT The evidence was required by this point, but no qualifying evidence was established.
Why This Matters

A company can define what should leave an evidence trail.

That allows Josephine to look not only at what did happen, but also at whether required evidence that should exist by now can actually be established.

01 · COMPANY DEFINED

The requirement comes from the company.

Josephine does not invent what evidence should exist. The company defines the expected source, conditions, timing and meaning.

02 · WORK-ITEM ISOLATION

Evidence from one item does not satisfy another.

Controlled testing demonstrated separate requirement evaluation for multiple work items appearing in the same evidence stream.

03 · UNCERTAINTY PRESERVED

Unknown stays unknown.

Missing anchors, conflicting conditions or unusable timestamps are preserved as unresolved rather than converted into invented certainty.

04 · EXISTING BOUNDARIES RETAINED

The new capability did not replace Josephine's earlier protection discipline.

Fresh regression testing preserved the existing configured protection lifecycle and management-escalation behavior.

05 · CONTROL STAGES REMAIN SEPARATE

A request still does not prove protection.

Requested, acknowledged, applied, consumed and effect-observed evidence remain separate stages.

06 · NO CAUSATION INVENTED

Absence does not identify the cause.

Required evidence being absent does not by itself establish whether an AI agent, automation, human action or another condition caused the problem.

Acceptance Boundary

What this new result establishes — and what it does not.

Supported by controlled evidence

Established in the accepted successor.

  • Company-defined evidence requirements can be evaluated independently.
  • Evidence can be classified as satisfied, not yet due, late, unresolved or required-but-absent.
  • Multiple work items can remain isolated within the same evidence batch.
  • The original control-factor interface behavior was preserved in the tested integration.
  • Fresh configured-protection regression testing passed.
  • Fresh fictional management-escalation regression testing passed.
Not yet established

What Josephine will not claim from this result.

  • Production performance inside an outside company.
  • That missing evidence proves deterioration by itself.
  • That missing evidence identifies who or what caused a condition.
  • That a protection request reached or changed company work without separate evidence.
  • That the capability has been validated across every workflow architecture.
  • Real-company operational effect or management reaction time.

The next evidence has to come from consequential work in a real company environment.

The controlled engineering question has advanced. The next meaningful question is whether the same evidence discipline holds against one bounded, company-authorized workflow using real company evidence sources.
